Doughnut loving Manhattanites rejoice because Dough has arrived in the Flatiron area. Fany Gerson opened Dough bakery in 2010 in Bed Sty. Then she started selling her doughnuts at the Brooklyn Flea. They became a sensation from Brooklyn to Dubai. Dough’s 1,600-square-foot Manhattan flagship location is in the Flatiron District. Warning: you’ll be addicted by the fluffy-yeasty insides, and glazes with flavors like dulce de leche, hibiscus, and lemon ginger.
